Below is the working procedure from original lotus seed to red & white lotus seed
Original Nut---Flaying---Howllow red lotus---drill----split---select core of lotus ---sift dust

On the left picture we can see the black nut(original lotus seed), we must remove it's black cover by use machine |
The process procedure of flaying
On the right picture, you can see a woman is removing the black lotus seed's cover so that make all black nut change to hollow red lotus seed.

When we remove lotus seed's cover from original lotus seed so that we can see it's pulp---hollow red lotus seed(see the left picture) |
The working procedure of DRILL
Before we change black nut to red hollow lotus seed we must select it's black cover from lotus seed.since machine just do simple job as open the nuts, we called this procedure as working procedure of drill(see the right picture)

The working procedure of SPLIT
Before we selected all the core of lotus seed we must split it so that we can pick up it's core from lotus seed by hand, you can see our worker is spliting all the red lotus seed by machine (on the left picture) |
The working procedure of CORE-SELECT
This is a difficult working procedure since the core of lotus seed is too small to hard to pick by hand , you can see our worker is selecting & picking all the core from the lotus seed on the right picture.

The working procedure of SIFT
This is the last working procedure: sifting procedure.
On this procedure we must sift all the dust from lotus seed by special machine( on the left picture)
